Chassis
QL10503HARY car chassis. The engine is a 4JB1CN diesel engine (National Emission Standard V), equipped with air conditioning and hydraulic power steering in the driver's cabin.
Hydraulic System
  • The hydraulic system consists of a power take-off, power take-off control mechanism, hydraulic oil tank, gear oil pump, hydraulic motor, solenoid valve, etc.
  • The hydraulic oil tank is placed on the outer side of the longitudinal beam for easy replacement of the filter element.
  • The solenoid valve is placed on the fuel tank for easy maintenance.
Electrical System
The electrical system is powered by 12V DC and consists of an electrical control cabinet, battery, alarm lights, lighting fixtures, alarm switches, etc.

Water pump
  • Installed at the front end of the box, directly connected to the outlet of the water tank. Driven by an oil motor with heating and insulation measures.
  • Made of stainless steel with mechanical seals. A drain plug is installed at the lowest point of the water pump.
Pipeline & Joint
  • Composed of stainless steel valves, stainless steel pipes, food-grade rubber cloth clip hoses (25mm ID), and fittings.
  • Equipped with a safety pressure regulating valve and pressure gauge in the cab for easy operational tracking.
  • Water filling joint complies with ISO450, conveniently stored in the rear box.
Clean Water Tank
  • The water tank body is processed by molding technology and welded by argon arc welding; the box is elliptical in shape, and the internal welding is smooth and free of burrs.
  • The water tank adopts electric heating, and the box body is insulated.
  • The front, rear, left, and right side panels of the tank body adopt a large curved structure, forming a curved inner cavity, which makes the entire tank body less prone to foreign objects and easier to clean.
  • The bottom of the box is designed and installed with an inclined drainage channel, which has a leading drainage effect.
  • There are two stainless steel anti vibration plates inside the clean water tank to prevent shaking during vehicle operation after adding water to the tank. The water tank is fixed to the car beam using 6 floating supports, reducing the vibration of the box during driving.
  • At the top of the clean water tank, there are two water inlet ports with a diameter of 100mm and equipped with a filter screen. The corresponding cover plate has good sealing measures and a simple locking device.
  • The upper part of the clean water tank is equipped with a ventilation port with a filter to prevent vacuum phenomenon in the tank when the water pump absorbs water.
  • The upper part of the clean water tank is equipped with an inspection hole for easy cleaning, disinfection, and inspection by maintenance personnel. The corresponding cover plate has good sealing measures and a simple locking device to prevent rainwater and dust from entering the water tank.
